More Snowman & Snowdog Creations

Hi Everyone!

Extremely quick post from me, so sorry for not blogging these sooner but things a little difficult at the moment!

 

This card I made from the Card Companion section of the CD. I have used the Die'sire Snowflake and Icicle die

 

Here is a Pop Out card that I made using the Ultimate Pro.  I printed off one of the snowglobes, used Embossalicious Let it Snow and Die'sire Snowflakes. 

Here's the inside!

 

Lastly is 2 Triple Easel Cards made from the Shaped Card Selection on the CD which is a fab little section, there are so many different card shapes to make! This is one from the Snowman CD and the Father Christmas CD!

 

 

Hopefully things will get better and I will be back to my old self!

Sneaky Peek! The Snowman & Snowdog!

Hi Everyone!

This Friday there is a new POTW from Crafter's Companion! It's 2 CDs - The Snowman & Snowdog & Father Christmas!

 

Here's a card I made from the Snowman & Snowdog CD. Added a couple of the new Xmas Die'sire Dies, Snowflake and Spruce Tree and used Let it Snow Embossalicious Folder!

3 Embossalicious to share with you!

Hello everyone!!! Are you ready for the 4 Day Deal tomorrow, 12th August with Leann on Create & Craft from 8am!! 

 

Here are 3 cards that I have made using the new Christmas Embossalicious Embossing Folders and Die'sire Dies!

 

My first one I used the 8x8 Christmas Baubles Folder and inked up the folder with Tim Holtz Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I then cut them out and used the 6x6 Let It Snow folder. Backing paper is from Mulberry Wood - Christmas and I used a gorgeous green Darks Centura Pearl card to set it all off! Around the edges I used my Red Liner Tape and silver glitter, few peel offs and made some little bows, which I think match perfectly!

The Sentiment is from Sentimentals - Christmas Magic stamped into Tags 1

 

My next card I have used Gold Mirri and the tree stamp from the Sentimentals - Christmas Magic and used my versamark with Sheena's Gold WOW Embossing powders! I then stamped from the same plate into the centre of Die'sire Magic Mirror added lots of Snowflakes in gold mirri and Centura Pearl and a couple of gems to finish! 

For my final card I have used Silver mirri and Darks Centura Pearl. I have embossed the blue card with Holiday Holly and used the Die'sire Holly die in silver and vellum. I stamped the same way as before using the Christmas Magic Plate and added a bow to finish!

Crafters Companion August Challenge Blog - Animals

Hello Everyone! Blimey, we are still getting this fabulous weather, even when it rains it's warm, absolutely loving it!

 

Animals is the theme for this months Challenge Blog.

I have chosen to go with Humphrey this month with his little friend. The stamp is from "A Year With Humphrey" range and is called Just Catching Up.

 

 I have used my So Mod Core'dinations card stock for matting and layering and embossed using my freebie embossing folder from Issue 2 of Crafter's Inspiration. The backing paper is from one of the Humphrey CD's.

 

I added gems, gold ric rak and some pearlescent thread which I found and not used before! Finished off with a Hello sentiment from the same stamp plate onto Die'sire Tags 1 and used a die from Ornamental Flower Frame to put Humphrey's little friend in!

I have coloured him using my Spectrum Noirs.

Something different!

Hi Everyone!

OMG what a scorcher of a day!!!!

Did a car boot this morning and was very drizzly at 8am and thought oh no just typical, anyways at about 9am started to clear and red hot sunshine ever since! Did well at the car boot too, made just short of £100 so very happy with that and came away with a tan too!!!!

 

Today is a card for my daughter's friend Hayley, very quick to do on Serif Craft Artist 2 and Ashleigh is just so pleased it's personalised!

Her friend is very much into gaming, like Ashleigh and this is a character called "Jak" from the Jak and Daxter games! Hope you like it!

My final card of Barkley!

Oh my goodness how warm is it! Got all the windows open and the fans blasting on all floors and saw the weather earlier it's to be around 30 to 32 degrees down South!!!! I'm up North where it will be slightly cooler but I ain't complaining, this has got to be one of the best Summer's in a long time!!!

 

Here is my final sample to share with you made from the Everyday CD.

I have used elements from the Toppers Section, Embellishments, Borders, Inserts and Companion Papers sections from the CD and added a ribbon, swirl die cut and some pretty gems!

He's Here!!!! The day has finally arrived for Barkley!

Hello everyone! Ohhhhh I'm loving my day off, gorgeous weather and a the fabulous launch of "Barkley" on Create & Craft!

 

Here's another card that I made for the shows, it's Barkley and his little friend Purr-dey!

I have used Core'dinations from the So Mod collection and run it through my E-Bosser using the Embossalicious Dottie Folder. Next I used this fantastic backing paper from the CD and used a piece of Centura Pearl down the centre using a Darice Snowflake Folder. I coloured in with my Spectrum Noirs and added the sentiment, a few gems and a corner die.
