OMG!!!! 8 Cards with Little Humphrey!!

Hi Everyone on this very windy day!!!
Didn't post day before yesterday when I said I would as my daughter didn't want me to blog the birthday card I have made for her friend incase she saw it so will post that after the 6th of July!!!

So instead I have 8 cards to blog - yes 8!!! Never has that happened but I was asked by my friend Franki who has a craft shop to make her some samples, said "no probs" and she said I need them for Sunday!!!!!!!!!  She gave me the pack on Monday but I had a "gig" to go to on Tuesday night and Wednesday I was just shattered so that left me Thursday & Friday night.  I usually go to town on a Saturday but cancelled that this week to finish off.  So here goes, I hope you like them they have all been made from 1 pack of Humphrey Die Cuts and there are stacks left, well worth the money!!!

2 Faerie Poppet Cards for Friends Shop!

Hi Everyone, running really late tonight as trying to catch up on e-mails, facebook, twitter and all other things as last night was out a gig seeing Blink 182 at Newcastle Metro Arena and didn't get in till after midnight!!! All I can say it was "AWESOME" I went with my other half, Mark and Ashleigh our daughter! It was a Christmas present for Mark and we had waited so long to see them!! It was just the best night ever!!!  Feeling really tired now though and have another card to blog but that is going to have to be tomorrow now!!

So here are my 2 cards made from the Reddy Faeries Poppets Decoupage kit. Quite quick cards really but still takes me a while!! They are for my friend Franki for her shop!

This first one is just literally a backing paper and border from the Paintbox Poppets CD and the decoupage is layered onto some Core'dinations and then a few gems and sentiment added!

This next card is backing paper again from the CD and the Sentiment. I have added a couple of flowers and added card candi in the centre.  Again layered onto Core'dinations and a little border from my crafty stash! Oh and a little glitter too!!

Thanks for popping by, off to bed now! Hope she likes them!

Popcorn Baby Card

Here's a card I have made for a friend to welcome into the world a new baby girl by the name of "Evalyn Hope".

To make this I used one of the Popcorn Platinum CD's - "Baby".  I have used Pink Core'dinations and the backing paper is from the CD along with all the sentiments.  I used 3 dies first one being the Nestabilities, Scalloped Circle and then an EK Success Border punch and then finally a Cheery Lynn Die - "Tropical Flourish" which I love using Centura Pearl card and then added a few Card Candi.

I did the matching insert and envelope by using an insert on the front and on the back of the card I used my new "Handmade by" stamp from Dreamees!

They picked it up just yesterday and new mum "Lauren" loved it so was only able to show it now, hope you all like it too!

Getting to grips with Serif a bit more and added a "Watermark" get me!!! LOL!!!

Minecraft Card!

This card was an order which I have been on with over the Jubilee Weekend! It's for a friend who's son will be 11 this month and is totally obsessed with Minecraft! Wasn't really sure where to go with this one but was told that he was also a fan of Michael Jackson so this image was just perfect!!
I used my Serif CD along with the Mimic CD for this one as was able to put text on the front. I found the Minecraft Font which just had to be put on the card!

I printed this one onto Glossy card from Staples, I made a plain envelope as I wanted it to be a real surprise when Adam opened it!! When his mum came to collect it she was absolutely ecstatic, she had the biggest grin, she said her cheeks were hurting and said it was the "best card ever" and was going to frame it!!!

Was so happy I can tell you!!

My next order is for a Manga card for a 13 year old girl - fingers crossed I get it right!!!!

Thanks for stopping by :-)

Beatles/Simpsons Card!

Thought I'd best blog my latest cards that I have made for orders.  They have been getting a lot of admiration and more orders from them of which I'm delighted!

This one is for one of my friend's husband who will 62 this month and he has quite a lot of interests, one of them being into The Beatles and Simpsons so thought this card suited the occasion quite well.  I was not to put anything on the front of the card which was quite hard for me!!  When my friend picked it up she was absolutely delighted with it!

I have used the Mimic CD to import the image of which I printed onto "Super Smooth" paper. I then made the matching Insert and Envelope. Seems quite a simple card to make but did take me a few hours to source the image and get it "just right"!
I do like to be as perfect as I can!!!!
 Hope you like it :-)

Meadow Cottage Bears - Card Companion!

Another post in the same day! OMG!!!
This card I made from the Meadow Cottage Bears CD from the Card Companion section.
Love this image, so adorable! I used 1 square of purple pearlescent card and managed to back 3 layers, how good am I, just don't like to waste paper at all!!!! All I have added extra is the Nestabilities die, Picot Edge Circles and a few gems.
Decided to do an insert for this one straight away, should do really on all my cards but just never sure of what occasion the card will be for but was sure this was a Birthday Card!!

Thanks for popping by! :-)

Meadow Cottage Bears - Domed Card

How are you all enjoying your Jubilee!  The weather hasn't been too bad today but heard it's set to go downhill from now! Just Typical!!!

Here is my first card from the Meadow Cottage Bears range, these domed cards are so cute and so easy to put together.  I have added an insert and dressed the box up a little! I have also lined the inside of the box with the gold card and backing paper so it all matches!!!
