Sarah Kay Cards!

I was asked by my friend Franki to make a couple of cards for her shop.  I have never used Sarah Kay stamps before so was delighted to be given the opportunity.  The first one is "Pia" isn't she gorgeous.
When I coloured the image with my Speccies I remembered about the tips that Louise showed me when she came to do a demo day in Darlington a few weeks ago (hope it looks ok, Louise!) I just wanted the skirt to have a bit of a flow, if you know what I mean.
I used Core'dinations card stock and the backing paper is from SWALK CD1.  I used a Crafts Too embossing folder onto centura card which gave a lovely effect and then added pearls, memory box elegant swirl die and a couple of flowers, so here goes, hope you like it!

Must tell you, Franki just text me a little while ago to tell me that my card did the trick and she sold this stamp to a customer! Whoo Hoo!

My next card is "Jean-Luc playing ball with Claude"
For this one I used my Core'dinations again, Paintbox Poppets backing paper from the CD and then coloured the image with Speccies.
I used an X-Cut die of which I coloured around the edges in blue, I didn't have a suitable ink pad colour so I used my Dauber Duos and a dry wet wipe to rub around, they work really well! Next I added a few buttons and used a stamp from the Paintbox Poppets Sentiment stamp range and coloured it with Speccies!
Quite a basic card but I hope you like it!

Thanks for stopping by :-)
