Camden Town Shelf Card Tutorial

Hello Everyone!
I have been asked by a few people on how to make one of the Concept Cards from the Camden Town Kit, so here is a step by step guide on how to make this card!
 

You will need the following:

 

Concept Card

Mirri Card

Embellishments & Pearls

 

Choose your Concept card base along with your embellishments to use.

 

Fold your concept card and crease with your bone folder for nice sharp creases to look like this and place the flat card through the slot.
 

You can if you wish put backing paper on the inside which I have done to make the card look pretty. (remember to cut through the slit at the back!)

 

 

To make my Toppers stand I used acetate stands, you can use card too if you wish.

Finally, place your toppers onto the Shelf and decorate as desired!

Hopefully this has helped and you can now make your cards!

What a Launch! Final Batch of Cards!!!!

Oh my what a fantastic launch of Brambly Hedge! and what about "that" cake wasn't it amazing! Leann is very lucky to have an amazing sister who can make amazing cakes!

 

Hope you have got your order in. Here are the last of my samples to share with you!

 

My 1st one is made from the 3D Décor Companions from the Spring/Summer CD. I have just mounted it onto a frame.

Next is card is an Easel Card made with one of the Shadow Boxes on the Spring/Summer CD. Have used the gorgeous backing paper from the CD along with one of the beautiful borders which matches in perfectly. I have added one of the Die'sire Quilling Flowers - Sunflower along with some lace and pearls.

 

 

 Next is one of the Rocker Cards from the Autumn/Winter CD. Extras I have added is a lace doily, a Pennant Epiphany, Mirri Card, Sparkles from the Embellishment Kit and a little decoration out of my crafty stash!

 

 

Next is a card from the Spring/Summer CD. I have used one of the Toppers from the fabulous Topper Section. I embossed some Core'dinations with the Florabunda Embossalicious Folder and decorated with some gorgeous velvet ribbon from the embellishment kit. Next I used one of the corners from the Romantic Swirls Die and added it to my topper and then finally I have added a flower from the CD and some gems out of my crafty stash!

 

Next is a card from the Papercrafting Kit and Dome Aperture Kit

 Made an Insert for this from the CD

 

 

 Nearly there!!! This was made from the Papercrafting Kit!

 

And finally another one made from the Papercrafting Kit!

Another Brambly Hedge Sneaky Peek!

Hello Everyone!

I have 3 sneaky peeks for you today!! Not long now till BRAMBLY HEDGE is on your screens, 12pm tomorrow on Create & Craft, I can't wait!

 

My 1st card is made from the Summer Stamp Plate. I have used Die'sire Magic Mirror Die onto So Mod Core'dinations. The backing paper is from the CD and I used my Embossalicious Folder, Flower Power to give it some texture. The Border and Sentiment is from the CD. Added some flowers and a swirl and 2 of the gorgeous Metal Corners from the Embellishment Pack!

 

Spectrum Noir Colours Used

Difficult to say what is where as a whole array of colours!

TN1, TN2, TN6, CT1, CT2, CT4, DG1, DG2, DG3, DR3, DR5, CR11, CG1, CG2, EB1, EB2, EB3, BG1, BG2 & Blender

My next sample is a bit different, decided to decorate a bag!

I popped it through my E-Bosser first using the Embossalicious Paisley Folder. I next decorated it using one of the Card Companions from the Summer CD together with Die'sire Enchanted Spring & Scalloped Tags Die. I used the Large and Small Rose Quilling Flower die, and finished off with an Epiphany Brambly Hedge and some of the gorgeous gems and sparkles in the Embellishment Pack!

 

 

My last one for today I made from the gorgeous Domed Aperture Card Kit. So easy to put together and decorated the box with one of the papers in another one of the kits and added some ribbon, card candi and a leaf die which I thought suited the card perfectly!

 

 

Added an A6 Insert from the Summer CD!

Brambly Hedge with my Speccies!

Hello Everyone! Phew!!! A little more relaxed this evening, everything in the post so I can sit a chill a little and catch up with things!

 

My card today is from the Autumn Stamp Plate.  I have used Core'dinations from Tim Holtz Kraft Core Collection and used one of the gorgeous backing papers from the CD. I used one of my dies and put it through my Embossalicious Tumbling Leaves folder, added a sentiment from the same stamp plate and added gems and ribbon from the Embellishment Kit.

Another Brambly Hedge Creation!

Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry this post is so late in the day, I have had some very last minute samples to make and they have to be in the post tomorrow!!!!

 

My card today is an Easel Card made from the Autumn CD. I have used one of the Card Companions and layered onto the Die'sire - Enchanted Spring Die. I have added Peel offs, flowers, Leaves which have been embossed, berries, a real dried orange (smells gorgeous!) and Sparkles from the embellishment kit. Ooooh before I forget I sprayed the Topper in Gold Spray and Sparkle!

Brambly Hedge is here!!!!

OMG!!! Crafter's Companion have done it again!

They are launching a new range this Friday 14th June as Pick of the Week called

"Brambly Hedge"

 

There are 3 CD's with themes called Spring & Summer and Autumn & Winter and an amazing Project CD. There are 4 amazing Stamp Plates and also is a super duper Embellishment Kit with lots of gorgeous accessories to add to your cards which include ribbon, lace, gems, sparkles and metal corners! There is more too, fabulous card making kits!

 

Here is my first sneaky peek made from the Autumn selection. I made this card using one of the new Shadow Boxes and made it into a picture frame. I used some acetate and embossed it with and Embossalicious Folder, Tumbling Leaves and used one of the Die'sire Dies Romantic Swirls around the edge. Finished off with a peel off and a bow using the lace from the embellishment kit and using an Epiphany in the centre with the Brambly Hedge Logo!
