Mulberry Wood Snowmen!

Phew what a day! Went to Teesside Park and did a bit of "treat" Shopping then got home and discovered that out fridge had been leaking! Found out it was the pipe that connects the fresh water that comes out the dispenser at the front, so we have had to move the fridge (it's massive!) and pull back the carpet to let it dry, so hence the heating is on full!!! Just thought you might think "why is the fridge on a carpet" it won't fit in the kitchen as too big so it is in the Dining Room, one day we will have the wall knocked through so a big kitchen diner...one day!!!!!

Onto my card, I have used the Mulberry Woods CD, what I first had in mind wasn't this!! About 10 pages later of printing this is how it ended up!! Oh well, lots of sheets already printed for later! Bet we all do it!!

I have used Silver Mirri card and then backing paper from the CD.  I used a 6x6 Embossilicious Folder onto So-Mod Core'dinations in blue. Next I printed off a sheet from the Card Companions Section on the CD and sprayed it with the Pink Iridescent Glitter Spray. I then cut out one of the fab snow globes, added a sentiment and then lots of silver glittered snowflakes!

Hope you like it! So looking forward to receiving my new Toreads CD! :-)

Strawberry Kisses Christmas - Snow the Kitten!

My card today is from the Strawberry Kisses Christmas Collection, isn't Snow the Kitten just the cutest thing ever!!! The image is from the Love You Stamp plate and the text from the Just For You stamp plate!

This card was inspiration from Linda Hill, I just loved the effect given around the stamped image and the fact that the stamp is actually off the die and just had to try it!
Please visit Linda's Blog, she does amazing cards!!!
Here's a link also to see how to stamp off the page!!!

I have used my card stock from my pearlescent pack of which I am still not sure where its from!!! and the backing paper is from the Mulberry Wood CD.
I have used the "Floral Ovals" die from Spellbinders and stamped my image onto this then used my Speccies to colour along with some glitter!
Now for the effect I have used a Nellie Snellen punch of which I have punched out Centura Pearl Paper lots and lots!!! and then glued them onto an oval of card behind the die to create this gorgeous effect! Will be trying this out again!!!
Finally I used one of my snowflake dies in the pink (used the square base to cut it out before I stuck it down) and silver glitter card and then a few Card Candi!

Hope I have done well Linda!!

Colours Used:
Hat - DR1, 3, 5 & 7
Cat - IR1, 2, 4 & Blender

Card for a Friend! - SWALK

Can now blog this card as I know my dear friend, Patricia has received it for her birthday!

Made from the SWALK Decoupage Range  I used some pearlescent purple card stock.  Have no idea where it is from and running low, think its Bazzill but not sure!  The backing paper is from the SWALK CD 2 which is gorgeous!  I used Lace Border 6 from the Die'sire Die range and then added a couple of peel offs which I haven't used in a while, few gems and a sentiment from the Foiled Borders & Sentiments Range

Hope you like it and cannot believe it myself but only took a couple of hours to make, and it has a matching insert!

Thanks for popping by and your comments mean a lot!
